Full priced items can be returned within 21 days of purchase for exchange or a credit note. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept goods received more than 21 days after purchase date. We do not refund for change of mind. Returns must be received in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and labels still attached. We reserve the right to deny any return that is damaged, stained or worn. We will credit the cost of the product minus the original shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cynthia Bridal, Izoa and Q2 designed ranges have a strict 7 days from delivery date return policy. They must also be returned to Eklou as with all other Eklou products. All other Eklou conditions apply to the Cynthia Bridal, Izoa and Q2 ranges.
For health reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings for pierced ears.
As sale items are priced for a quick sale we do not accept returns on these products.
Goods purchased at our Caringbah store or online may be returned to Caringbah in person or by mail for exchange or a credit note. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery method to ensure the goods reach us safely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is advisable to record the tracking number in case the parcel goes missing. Eklou cannot be held responsible if this occurs. Please enclose a copy of your receipt along with the details of the exchange required, i.e. size. If you would prefer a credit note, please enclose a note to this effect.
Goods purchased at a pop-up store can be returned to the same pop-up store only for credit note.
All our products are inspected before despatch however in the unlikely event that a product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will issue a full refund. If purchased instore, we will issue a refund instore. If purchased online, please email our office on [email protected] and we will arrange to send you a prepaid satchel in which to return the item. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method upon receipt of the faulty product including initial shipping cost. Alternatively, we will accept the return of a faulty product at Caringbah store, however a refund cannot be issued instore. A receipt will be issued for the product and a refund will be issued through our Administration Department.
In order to process a refund for faulty items Eklou will require 7 business days from date Eklou recieves the product back for inspection.
