Once we receive your payment we will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 business hours. We make every effort to ensure that all products shown on our website are available however should we be unable to supply any part of the order, we will contact you and you can choose one of the following options:
1) Wait for the product to be back in stock
2) A replacement product or store credit note
3) A refund (refunds will be processed by the same manner as original purchase).
Orders will be delivered via Australia Post. We endeavour that your purchase should arrive within 5 business days. If you have not received your purchase within 7 business days please contact us. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Eklou if an order is not delivered. If you advise us that your order has not arrived, we will lodge an enquiry. If an investigation determines that the order has been lost in transit, we will endeavour to rectify the situation.
